Although they have specific characteristics of the region, corpulence and taste balance, the wines are lighter and tasty, with specific aroma which gives them a touch of rusticity. In the first year, when they are still young, their features are freshness and the summer apples aroma. By preserving them, especially the wines from crops obtained in good years, they acquire aromas which remind of beehives and the scent of bee wax.
